Rain 31f623dd30 fix(esxi): UnitNumber 7 is unavailable for scsi controller 
By default, the virtual SCSI controller is assigned to virtual device node (z:7),
so that device node is unavailable for hard disks or other devices.

monitor.go文件中GetMonitorData函数：
 1）首先组装参数信息
 2）通过external_id获取相关id信息，根据restAPI文档中的resource格式拼装完成monitoring相关的resource信息
 3）然后通过monitorList函数获取相关的监控信息

更新go.mod google.golang.org所依赖的google.golang.org/api版本

Rain 2262cb0123 fix: Storage filter not work for Esxi 
1. SESXiGuestDriver.DoScheduleStorageFilter should return true.
2. ESXi's SHost.GetStorageSizeMB should return the capacity of all the
storage belonging to it.
