zhaoxiangchun e81c5e03c9 新增aws监控代码，GetMonitorData函数，获取监控信息 
首先通过monitor.go文件中的GetMonitorData函数组装查询参数，然后通过SRegion中cloudWatchRequest函数组装request信息，
进行查询返回
