* dbeaver/pro#8236 adds submenus for the connection tree

* adds disabled state for submenu with no items

* removes variable

* loads first menus then draws it

* reverts submenu fix

* splits manage handlers from root handlers

* removes loader for manage menu to prevent bug

* cleanup

* removes action leaks for tables

* removes leak of the action delete
