We used to have autocomplete parameters that do not meet specifications of HTML Input Autocomplete attribute.
We can't use any string there, there are list of tokens that browsers support: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/form-control-infrastructure.html#autofill plus two global states: "on" and "off".
Logic was refactored to use section token + username or current password tokens fo form where we provide auth details.
All other inputs use just general "on" state to let browsers decide how to fill this field, except cases where we disable password autocompletion.
