build-sidecar-bin.ts cross-compiles the Linux remote helpers on every
platform, and the Windows installer ships them as Tauri resources. Bun
cross-compiles by downloading the target runtime's release zip and
extracting the executable, and on a Windows host that extraction fails
deterministically ("Failed to extract executable for
'bun-linux-x64-v1.3.13'. The download may be incomplete.") even though
the download and archive are intact. This broke the 0.0.31 publish run
twice on fresh runners; the macOS job builds the same helpers fine.
Bun only downloads when $BUN_INSTALL_CACHE_DIR lacks
bun-<target>-v<version>, so the Windows job now seeds both Linux
runtimes from the @oven/bun-<target> npm packages (byte-identical to
the zip payload) before building, and the broken extractor never runs.

SDK packages
When building your own app, install the public SDK package:
npm add @cline/sdk
@cline/sdk re-exports everything from @cline/core. You only need @cline/agents or @cline/llms if you want lower-level control over the agent runtime or model gateway directly.
