SSH ignores the system HTTP(S) proxy, which surprised a user who
expected the desktop SSH feature to use it. Document the ~/.ssh/config
route (ProxyJump, HTTP and SOCKS ProxyCommand) with the alias entered as
the SSH host, which the app already supports.
