The diff editor e2e test flakes consistently on Windows CI because the 40s test timeout is too tight. The test does signin, message send, history verification, then a second message send before the diff assertion -- on slow Windows runners this setup alone can eat most of the budget. Bumping to 60s gives enough headroom.
