* fix(desktop): scope skill and workflow autocomplete to the composer workspace The slash menu built its skills/workflows list from the sidecar's local workspace root while the session expands commands from its own workspace, so worktree or other-workspace sessions saw the wrong entries. The composer now passes its workspaceRoot to list_user_instruction_configs, matching what list_plugin_commands already does. Customize and Extensions views keep the local root default. (cherry picked from commit 0fa6e75f2413cbbb255f3872415d21129748281d) * fix(core): continue without plugin commands when a plugin fails to load A plugin with an invalid manifest made createPluginCommandService reject, which the desktop surfaced as a send error for every slash prompt (including skills and workflows) and the CLI worked around with its own try/catch. The service now logs the load failure and caches an empty command set under the same plugin-set key, so a broken plugin costs one attempt instead of a sandbox spawn per prompt and is retried only when the plugin set changes. Handler exceptions still propagate. The CLI drops its local guard and both apps pass their logger through. * fix(core): retry a failed plugin command load after a short delay Sandbox startup timeouts and I/O hiccups are transient, so caching a failed load until the plugin set changed could leave plugin commands unavailable for the whole process lifetime. Failed loads are now retried after 30 seconds while still avoiding a sandbox spawn on every prompt.
