- Remove rpc and scheduler packages -Add `packages/hub` as a first-class workspace package - Move Scheduling Into The Hub - Rewire schedule-triggered runtime execution so the hub assigns work to spokes instead of delegating through RPC services - Replace RPC schedule CRUD and execution APIs with hub-native command handlers and shared schedule/event types. - Replace RPC-first runtime selection with `local` / `hub` / `remote` runtime modes in `@clinebot/core` - Clients can attach to a running session from the hub
