Saoud RizwanandSaoud Rizwan e3a5eaff2c fix(cli): load host plugin modules synchronously so require() works

Bun cannot hand an async virtual module to require(), so a CommonJS plugin
(or a CommonJS dependency) calling require("@cline/sdk") failed with
"require() async module is unsupported". Synchronous loaders serve both
import and require; the bundler still emits each one as a lazy chunk load.
