Jason 0cd922c527 feat(sponsors): list PPIO as a project sponsor ...

Move the PPIO preset from the non-sponsor block into the sponsor block
across all six apps that carry it (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex,
OpenCode, OpenClaw, Hermes), keeping file order aligned with the README
sponsor table: right after TeamoRouter, since new-api holds a README slot
but ships no preset.

Each entry gains isPartner/partnerPromotionKey and points apiKeyUrl at the
CC Switch referral URL. Promotion copy added to all four locales, and the
banner row lands just before new-api in all four READMEs.
