- Rename video file from main_compressed.mp4 to main.mp4 in both README files
- Update video source references in README.md and README_EN.md
- Replace markdown image syntax with HTML img tags for QR codes to enable width/height control
- Add explicit dimensions (200x200) and alt text to all QR code images for better accessibility
- Update community contact section images in both Chinese and English documentation
- Refresh QQ group, WeChat group, and author WeChat QR code images with improved quality
