adnaan 9b0beb7afb docs: replace architecture diagram with responsive image assets ...

- Replace Mermaid diagram with responsive PNG images (dark and light variants)
- Add architecture-dark.png and architecture-light.png with picture element for theme support
- Remove architecture-dark.svg and architecture-light.svg vector files
- Update README.md and README_CN.md with simplified architecture section
- Optimize image assets (editor.png, main.gif, terminal.png, theme variants, tool.png)
- Update LSP installer and GitHub API service dependencies
- Improves documentation load time and provides better visual clarity with raster images
