* Move all modules up one folder

* Rename project artifect id

* Rename group id to io.graphmdl

* Rename io.cml to io.graphmdl and rename all modules

* Remove package io.graphmdl.graphml

* Modify gitignore

* Rename module graphmdl to graphmdl-sqlrewrite

* Change graphmdl-main main package to io.graphmdl.main

* Rename graphml to graphmdl

* Rename cml to graphmdl

* Rename cml-build to build

* Rename cml_temp to graphmdl_temp

* Partially fix TestResultSetMetadata#testGetSchemas
