From 03e058e116e79c6395a217ac0f2b231eb2f1fbab Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jax Liu Date: Fri, 4 Sep 2026 14:12:15 +0800 Subject: [PATCH] chore(genbi): give the package a license a consumer can actually read apps/** was missing from the repository's path-to-license map, so nothing answered what license the genbi app is under. Packing the tarball made the consequence concrete: with no license field and no LICENSE beside the manifest, npm fell back to shipping the root multi-license overview -- a document whose own table does not mention apps/**. Anyone installing the package would have had no way to determine their rights. Adds the apps/** row to the map, declares Apache-2.0 in the manifest, and places the Apache text beside the manifest so the tarball carries the license that actually applies rather than a table that omits it. Also drops the internal tracker references from three comments. They were compiled verbatim into dist-server and would have been published to npm; the two in tests do not ship but are public in this repository regardless. The surrounding comments already explain the reasoning, so only the identifiers are gone. --- LICENSE | 1 + apps/genbi/LICENSE | 201 +++++++++++++++++++ apps/genbi/harness/route/codex-ask-events.ts | 2 +- apps/genbi/package.json | 3 +- apps/genbi/test/codex-ask.test.ts | 2 +- apps/genbi/test/describe-bundle.test.ts | 2 +- 6 files changed, 207 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-) create mode 100644 apps/genbi/LICENSE diff --git a/LICENSE b/LICENSE index 675a2e6a5..9bad85832 100644 --- a/LICENSE +++ b/LICENSE @@ -11,6 +11,7 @@ Path → License map | Path | License | | ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------- | + | `apps/**` | Apache License 2.0 | | `core/**` | Apache License 2.0 (see LICENSE-APACHE-2.0) | | `sdk/**` | Apache License 2.0 | | `skills/**` | Apache License 2.0 | diff --git a/apps/genbi/LICENSE b/apps/genbi/LICENSE new file mode 100644 index 000000000..a2d260125 --- /dev/null +++ b/apps/genbi/LICENSE @@ -0,0 +1,201 @@ + Apache License + Version 2.0, January 2004 + http://www.apache.org/licenses/ + + TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION + + 1.
