* feat(agent): unify sandbox tools and drop host preloaded skills

Read workspace and skill files through read_file, and run installed or staged skills through shell_exec(skill_name). Remove the unused skills/preloaded tree and keep generated-file previews stable across re-renders.

* fix(frontend): do not assume classList in markdown sanitize hooks

Node unit tests stub anchors without a DOM classList. Detect download cards from class/download attributes instead.
