wizardchen bb891529c0 fix(plugin): let auto-resized frames shrink with their content ...

autoResize reported the root element's scrollHeight, which never drops
below the frame's own height, so a plugin page's frame grew with its
content but never shrank back.

It now reports the content's height: the lowest bottom margin edge of the
body and its children (fixed-position ones excluded) plus the root's bottom
padding and border, and observes the body as well as the root. The
measurement is exported as contentHeight; the types and README say how it
works and that a body stretched to the viewport keeps a frame from
shrinking.
