wizardchen 546ceed32f chore: Update xlsx dependency to version 0.20.2 and change its resolution to a local tarball 
- Updated the xlsx package version from 0.18.5 to 0.20.2 in both package.json and package-lock.json.
- Changed the resolution method for xlsx to use a local tarball instead of a remote source.
