Val.andClaude Opus 5.5 c717e450b5 fix(route/wnacg): parse pubDate from updated info_col text (#23553) ...

The listing now reads "N張圖片，創建於YYYY-MM-DD" with extra whitespace, so
the old prefix regex no longer matched and dayjs parsed the image count as
part of the date, yielding future dates (2027-2031). Extract the
YYYY-MM-DD part directly instead.
