- Rename parser modules: api_parser→api_client, html_parser→html,
office_parser→office, pdf_parser→pdf, parse_server→api_server
- Merge ParseResult into base.py, remove dead code (engines.py, model.py)
- Replace start_page_id/end_page_id with page_range: str across all layers;
parse once in _maybe_adjust_pdf_bytes via parse_page_range(), crop PDF,
remap page_idx to original document indices
- Remove base __init__; each subclass defines its own constructor
- Remove unused output_dir, language, formula/table params from parser API
- Add optional --api-key to api_server with Bearer auth middleware;
health/models/tiers endpoints remain public
- Add GET /v1/usage endpoint for local server
- Fix error response format: {type, code, message, param} per NEXT-API.md
- Rename preset→tier, token→api_key, feature_requires_token→feature_requires_api_key
- Fix UploadResponse get endpoint exposing upload_url; fix file_id backfill
- SSE events: add file_started/file_completed/file_failed
- Fix pipeline numpy truth value and Span item assignment bugs
- Update NEXT-API.md with all recent spec changes
