fix: authenticate release version-bump push with RELEASE_TOKEN via checkout credential
...
The GITHUB_TOKEN env var on the push step never took effect because
actions/checkout persists the job token in git's http.extraheader, so
the push ran as github-actions[bot] with contents:read and got 403.
Passing the PAT to checkout makes git use it for the push to master.
