Leo Chow 45bc3eb10e fix: mark hermes-skill/scripts/install.sh as executable (100755) ...

Matches codex-skill/scripts/install.sh which is committed as 100755.
Without this, invoking the script directly returns Permission denied
even though the shebang is present.

Flagged by Codex review on PR #320.
