fabio.mantelmacher 2e685e1b16 feat: add WireMock HTTP mock server CLI harness 
Adds cli-anything-wiremock: a Python CLI harness for WireMock,
the leading HTTP mock server for API testing.

Commands:
- stub: create, list, get, delete, reset, save, import stubs
- request: list, find, count, unmatched, reset request journal
- scenario: list, set state, reset state machines
- record: start, stop, snapshot, status for traffic recording
- settings: get global config, version
- status / reset / shutdown: server lifecycle

Tests: 51 unit tests (pass offline) + 30 E2E tests
Install: pip install git+https://github.com/HKUDS/CLI-Anything.git#subdirectory=wiremock/agent-harness

Changes:
- wiremock/agent-harness/: full harness implementation
- registry.json: new entry (category: testing)
- README.md: new Testing & Mocking category row
- .gitignore: whitelist wiremock/ directory
