- tools/dogfood.py sets up BMad in a fresh checkout or worktree with no
  inference: it installs a subset of skills with npx skills (from the
  checkout itself by default), builds _bmad with the bmad skill's
  setup.py, and copies core.output_folder from the main checkout's local
  config. Options: --source, --skills, --agents, --custom-from, --reset,
  and an optional dogfood.toml. It exits non-zero when setup reports
  problems or unmet requirements.
- The docs site builds to Astro's default docs-site/dist instead of the
  repo-root build/site, so it no longer shares a name with docs/build/.
  The Pages upload path, build script, validators, test, and README
  follow.
- .gitignore drops rules for things nothing creates any more, makes
  .agents and .ai match as directories, restores .gemini, adds .idea/
  and /dogfood.toml, and folds the rest into two sections.
