Brian Madison 49fd27e452 feat(skills): Sofia keeps tickets in a tickets folder, refines epics, and plans parent initiatives ...

- A container's breakdown, child epics, leaf files and plans sit in its tickets/ folder; its own file, memlog and other skills' runs stay above. tickets.py refuses the earlier layout, and migration-2.toml moves it.
- Slicing writes epics thin with refined: false. Refining an epic names what is settled, what is still open with a pick for each, and reminds the user they can add intent, design or research; PRD, UX and architecture runs on an epic land in its folder.
- Default slicing rules split by outcome, deployment and slice size, not ownership.
- Work bigger than one initiative gets a parent initiative whose tickets.toml lists child initiatives; status and next report them.
- Sofia, prfaq, deep-recon, forge-idea and architecture tell the user they can invoke party mode or advanced elicitation at any point.
- Readers, help, docs and tree rules follow the new layout.
