Alex Verkhovsky a3eb85201d feat(skills): rewrite bmad-qa-generate-e2e-tests as a rendered workflow (#3065) ...

Convert the skill to the render_skill.py shape and replace the generic
test-writing bullets with a workflow that finds its target the way code
review finds its diff, learns the project's existing test setup, writes
one independent test per scenario, classifies failures instead of
bending tests to pass, and reports in chat. Drop the checklist and the
test-summary artifact, register the skill in the render tests, and
describe the chat report in the build page and the help files.
